Har egentlig været glad for vores elcykel, men her tre år efter vi har købt den er batteriet gået i stykker. Det koster mig ca. 6500,-. Fuldstændig uhørt mange penge, når vi holder det op mod den reelle brugstid. Grundet valget af Shimano som batteriproducent, kan det åbenbart heller ikke repareres. Man kan heller ikke komme igennem på telefonen, for at få vejledning. Jeg mener ikke det er rimeligt at skulle forvente en så stor merudgift, på en tre år gammel cykel, der har stået i tørvejr og primært kørt i weekenderne. Derfor ville jeg stærkt overveje en anden elcykel, hvis jeg var på udkig efter en ny.

I purchased my bike less than a year ago. The reason I chose Christiania bike, is due to the amazing marketing they have. They seem like the most original classy family bikes one market.
However, within a year, the lovely item I purchased for 28K broke down in all the possible places - BOTH breaks, engine, gears, chain mechanism, tyres.

I am a very patient customer, and I understand some repairs take more time than the others, while my family truly relies on the logistics provided by the bike.

In the last 3 months my bike had to be repaired in the amount of 10K dkk.
And each and every repair had to be negotiated with different parties, because Christania bike would not take the responsibility for the glitches that occurred in THEIR PRODUCT and would only keep on blaming and directing me to the companies that provided parts to their bikes.

I have been patient for a year, but still truly mistreated as a customer.
After a year, repair costs sum up to a third of the bike cost. One might have thought that the company would have accepted the fact that the whole bike has a big defect, and replace the whole thing to somehow make it up for weeks of having the bike in the repair shop, but well...

The attitude of customer service clearly represents the attitude of the management and the owners of the company.

I am truly wondering, if after all the negotiations and hours of my time spent for understanding, going back and forth to the repairman and listening to the endless excuses of the company will be somehow heard after this review, which I have put off writing or a long time now...

The Bornholm island is one of my great memory and it was great experience to spent time with who made the world best tricycle from Christiania. I highly recommend for buyers if you looking for tough, useful, and well drive and maintenance design tricycle lt is Christianiabikes from Copenhagen , Denmark.
Their tricycle passion is now expand and run here in TOKYO , OSAKA

When I had issues with our bike, I contacted them for assistance. I was met with horrible and rude service. They barely made any effort to help, and were very unprofessional in their communication. Be aware that if you need any service regarding your bikes - these guys won't help...
