I've been using PriceShape since I rebranded my shop a year ago and I'm very happy with the software, but particularly with the service they offer. This company is an excellent example of how software companies should interact with their customers. You feel as if they truly care about you. When you contact support they always understand what you mean and they try to answer your questions as good as possible. You also get the impression that you are not just a number but a real customer. Well done!

PriceShape renews your contract automatically for year if you miss the 30-day cancellation window. No early termination allowed, no flexibility.
The tool itself works, but the pricing model and contract terms are very unfair to customers.
