Not trustworthy.
When I book the change of tires I asked specifically for a brand, for which I got a cost estimate.
When I took the car for the service, I asked again that I was going to get tires of that brand, which was verbally confirmed.
When I got the car I did not check, as I trusted that my request was being fulfilled, as it was verbally confirmed and nobody reached out to me while I was in the waiting room, to communicate any change.
Once I got home I found out that the tires I got were of a different brand then was asked for and confirmed.
Excellent way to lose forever a customer, congratulations.
