I can't express how impressed I am with this product and their customer service. As a dumb American I actually ordered the wrong version of their product, not understanding the nuances of which version is meant for which beer. The item I ordered was over carbonating my kegs and I was pretty frustrated. Unprompted, their customer service department reached out to me and followed up on my order and my satisfaction. I let them know that their item was faulty and was over carbonating my kegs. They asked what beer I was serving and at what temperature. This is for a home bar with a CO2 keg system. I let them know I was running Coors Light at 38 degrees F. They let me know that I ordered a device meant for room temperature beer (Ugh!!!), and that they would send me the correct product so that it would work properly. It arrived and now it works flawlessly!!! No more adjustments! It work awesome!!! Thank you so much for such a great product and for such outstanding customer service!!!
