bought them a few years ago. cracking sounds all the time. the condition if horrible. headphones and carrying case falling apart. That happened within 2 years of purchase. To be fair, something similar happened to my Bose headphones. They don't last in the Asian climate

Für mich das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich einen Jabra Artikel bezogen habe. Die Nutzungssoftware bzw das Programm Jabra Direct hat nur eine engliche Menüführung, so wie üblich Einstellungen wie Language etc. gibt es da nicht. Der Kundensupport hat auf mehrmalige Anfrage NULL REAKTION gezeigt. Bei dem Preis des Artikels schon mehr als frech und unverschämt!

I used to think highly of Jabra as I've purchased several Jabra headsets in the past. Last summer I purchased an identical replacement for an Evolv 30 Mono (MS Teams) that broke (but I had for over 10 years). I purchased the new one, and 6 months after receiving it, stopped functioning. I went to the Jabra web site which directed me to enter the serial number and validate my purchase, only to find that NO SERIAL NUMBER COULD BE FOUND. I tried this multiple times and had others verify it was the correct number. But to no avail. Without a valid serial number, I could not get support. I figured I'd talk to a customer support specialist, and there was NO NUMBER or CHAT to be found until I had proven that I had a valid serial number!!!

I pretty much gave up, and tried one more time recently but after this experience, I wrote this off as a way that they can blow off customers after getting their money. The product may be good (when it doesn't break), but their lack of support, hiding behind a web site that doesn't accept valid serial numbers leaves me with a terrible taste in my mouth. Effectively any warranty they have is worthless because I can't get a hold of someone to get support - even to raise the issue that the serial number can't be found on their web site.

I recommend not purchasing any products from Jabra because they provide no customer support whatsoever.

I bought a Jabra product that I cannot use.
The return process with refund of the amount paid takes weeks.
At the moment I have nothing: no product and no refund.
Never again Jabra!
