We (Novoresume ApS) moved out in May 2024. Towards the end of the year, our accountant said Spaces might owe us 88,000 DKK from the deposit.

We've contacted them about it, and 3 months later we still can't get an answer, other than it's been escalated. But, while they can't yet tell us whether they owe us money, they easily found we still need to pay 6000.

EDIT 5th June:
While the case was created and Spaces did conclude that they actually need to reimburse us 110,000 DKK, we still haven't received the money. It should have been sent on the 17th of May and got to us in 5-7 days. We still don't have it and I keep hearing that the issue is being escalated. I wonder how much more they can escalate it. Who does it need to reach to get it solved!?

I really can't recommend this working space anymore.

I've been using this co-working space for a while now, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Firstly, the location is perfect – right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for meetings or grabbing lunch nearby.

The amenities are top-notch, covering everything from quiet focus areas to collaborative zones. Plus, the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem.

Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend this place.

This particular space in Copenhagen is quite nice and quiet. However, as others have mentioned the price is very high for what you get. The pricing of the membership is higher than the online price, as it does add VAT. Furthermore, tea and coffee is not included, which seems silly for the high price and compared to other co-working places.
My membership was a 10 days per month membership, but if you don't use them all, they won't let you transfer the days to future months and won't refund the days. The customer service does not wish to help at all. Very disappointed in the service.
I cannot recommend anyone use their spaces.
I really don't know how their company is successful, as I have visited 3 different spaces in Copenhagen and NYC and all are pretty empty with a large space.

The review is not for Spaces at all, but for Andreea and the front desk, for delivering a good customer experience despite not being supported, while the front desk always were proactive to speak about their leaders, it is clear the the front desk is not supported, putting them in a very stressful position.

Really nice place, great customer service, and everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming. Taner Cayan, the Area Manager, spent the time to give my wife and I a thorough tour and explanation of all the membership options. Was a bit of relief, actually, because he didn't try to push us into something that would not have been a good fit. We signed up for a month-to-month "co-working membership" for myself and a 10 day/month "klippekort" for my wife. The atmosphere at Spaces is professional and relaxed, and my wife and I are both happy with our memberships.

The staff here are very friendly and care about their various tenants. I have visited a lot of Spaces with my membership and this is one that has impressed me the most.

It is small compared to some of the others globally, which means at times some of the better seating is a bit hard to come by, but the attitude of the staff members, and the manager(s) more than make up for any minor facilities failings.

I'm a bit of an odd user when it comes to Spaces, in that I travel to the different locations. It was surprising and unusual, but welcome, that the area manager took the time to have a chat with me.

The location around the spaces is undergoing an uplift, but there are already some good sources of food within walking distance (a supermarket next door, and a larger one about 5-10 mins walk away), in addition to the onsite cafe.

It seems like a nice little community, and I will be sad to leave it when I move along to the next city.

Warning! Check some of the 5 star reviews here on Google and judge for yourself if they are real or fake – a lot of the profiles only have 1 review and give pretty generic "praise" for this place. I am not accusing anyone here, but it is pretty obvious...

The working space is actually quite nice and the coffee is great. However, beware of the pricing. The prices quoted on the website sound great, but you have to add VAT on top and the minimal contractual period is 2 months.

You should also know that this co-working space is not run by a local company, but by Regus, one of the biggest office property companies in the world! Make sure that you want to support those corporates before you sign up.

Når man viser interesse for deres kontor, bliver man først og fremmest spammet med 20 opkald på et par dage.

Når man så har tid til at besvare opkaldet, så bliver man informeret om at lukkede kontorer starter fra 3600. Prisen er god, og derfor får jeg BEKRÆFTET telefonisk at det er prisen, men får samtidig at vide der ikke er ret mange tilbage, så man skal skynde sig ud for at se det. (Alm. salgsteknik; sense of urgency)

Når man tager sig tid til at komme forbi DAGEN EFTER, fordi der jo kun er FÅ kontorer tilbage, koster det billigste kontor lige pludselig 12000+, da prisen er beregnet ud fra at man kan sidde 3-4 mennesker og betale 3600 hver. 😂

Det er i mine øjne falsk markedsføring og mangel på respekt for andre selvstændiges tid. Og af den grund kommer jeg ikke til at anbefale hverken Spaces eller Regus til nogle andre.
